WHAT IS THAT YOU ASK??!?! It's Bacon.. mmm..mm.. good. Almost every restaurant you order something with bacon.. you only get that round part. Never the crispy goodness I'm looking for.

Finally was advised by a cousin that us yanks eat the shitty part of the bacon that noone wants. So I actually have to look specifically for bacon with the rind on. What a bitch. I don't care. I can live with that. *crunch crunch crunch*
